Fees, invoicing schedules, and accepted payment methods for any engagement are agreed in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of ongoing Services.
We treat client information and systems accessed in the course of our engagements as confidential, and we do not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the Services, as authorized by the client, or as required by law.
